How our pricing works
- All rates exclude VAT, which is added to your final invoice.
- There's no call-out fee on any job, for homes or businesses.
- A one-hour minimum charge applies to every job.
- We agree the cost with you before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
- Fixed prices and day rates are available on request.
Parts, materials and extras
- Parts and materials are charged on top of the hourly rate. We quote them and agree them with you before we buy anything.
- If parking or congestion charges apply at your property, we tell you upfront and add them to your invoice.
- Business and property clients can agree rates with us in advance through a commercial contract.
Plumbing or drainage rates: which applies?
Plumbing rates cover work on your water supply, taps, toilets, pipework, radiators and fittings, from plumbing repairs and burst pipes to bathroom installation. Drainage rates apply to blocked drains and work on the drains that carry waste water away from your property. If a job involves both, we'll explain which rate applies to each part before we start.
